    What’s the purpose of an eye exercise?

    The shape of your eyes determines how good you see. Your eyes will be clear if they are spherical. Light rays will focus on your retina and macula.

    Your vision will be blurred if your eyes are elongated, flattened, or curved.

    The 6 pairs of eye muscles determine the spherical shape and size of the eyes.

    Eye exercises help release tension in your eyes.

    These muscles become tense and lose their ability to focus close and far. Vision becomes blurry.
