You must not be causing blurred vision by engaging in vision-damaging behaviors!
This behavior is often a result of the desire to see better in the moment. However, it can have a negative impact on vision over the long-term.
They believe it’s normal, and they are happy to see better. But this fact can have side effects.
The behavior that is harmful to your eyesight, I repeat, is EYESSHINKING.
Others refer to this behavior as SHINING or SHINING your eyes.
What happens when someone opens their eyes?
The eyes are temporarily forced to remain partially closed, and the image becomes clearer.
Eyes that are closed for prolonged periods of time or repeatedly, can cause additional fatigue in the eye muscles. This can increase blurred vision.
Why is this behavior so harmful to the vision?
This is because it requires you to OVERWORK your eye muscles.
This state can lead to fatigue, tension sensations, tension, and heaviness in your eyes.
William Bates, an ophthalmologist, said about this habit that “a healthy individual does not move his eyelids, and when he does, he doesn’t see better”.
This is true. No one with clear vision will blink.
He would not do it if his eyes were blurry and his vision was blurry.
Why would you do this to a healthy individual if they don’t move their eyes?
If you already have vision issues, this behavior can be detrimental to your vision.
It’s similar to putting acid on an open wound to heal it. Acid is a harmful substance that can cause severe skin burns. This is a dangerous and unhealthy habit that can harm your eyes.
Why is this bad for your eyes?
Moving your eyes can cause them to become STIFF, or static. This causes blurred vision.
Nature is dynamic in that everything that moves is alive. Being rigid is dead.
This means that your vision will decline and your dioptres increase as long you continue to squint.
This behavior can cause your eyelids to become stiff and feel heavy in the morning. This practice can also cause stiffening of the neck, shoulders, face, neck, and neck over time.
The first step to vision impairment is rigidity in the eyes.
Normaly, the person who moves the eyes has their whole body rigid. This causes muscle stress in the eye muscles as well as the entire body.
You can improve your vision by releasing tension and fatigue from the eye muscles. This behavior is exactly the opposite.
Repetition: Just because your vision is better doesn’t mean your vision will be healthier.
Worse, this unhealthy habit can cause stress to the eyes and entire visual system. The 2 cerebral hemispheres are more specifically affected.
People who move their eyes often struggle to see well because they are unhappy with their vision quality. This effort to see well causes blurred vision.
Unfortunately, if you try to see better, it doesn’t solve your vision problem. It actually makes it worse by blurring the details.
This behavior is unacceptable!
What can you do if you feel the need to squint at the screen?
Blink consciously 10x to loosen tension in your eyes. Your vision will improve.
Everybody who has clear, sharp vision blinks even though they don’t know it. You will notice a clearer vision if you blink now.
Reflexive healthy habits can result in clear and relaxed vision!
This habitual squinting, which is located at the opposite pole, is also a reflex that requires effort, generates fatigue, muscle stress, and blurs vision.
What is the secret to clearer vision?
Because you can move your eyes, the cornea shapes and light rays reflect closer to the retina. They see clearly and better than others.
Clear vision is when the cornea changes in shape and the retina no longer focuses the image. This causes the image to blurred and become unclear.
